The Universal Standard

• The Ritual: We welcome the return of creations that remain unopened, untouched, and in their original bespoke packaging, with the tamper-evident seal perfectly intact.
• Finality: To preserve the absolute hygiene and integrity of our formulations, any creation with a compromised seal or evidence of use is ineligible for return.
• Arrival Integrity: Should your product arrive with any compromise to its technical performance, please notify the Concierge within 48 hours to arrange a priority replacement.

Regional Nuances

• The Right of Refusal: In accordance with regional statutes, you may elect to cancel your acquisition within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Return: To qualify for a full restoration of funds, the product must be in pristine, re-saleable condition with the hygiene seal undisturbed.

• The Grace Period: In alignment with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, you may request a return within 7 days of receipt.
• Hygiene Exclusivity: Returns for a "change of preference" are strictly accepted only if the creation remains in its original, sealed state.
• Documentation: A dated tax invoice in both Arabic and English must accompany all UAE returns to facilitate the transition.

• Final Acquisition: Except in the rare instance of a craftsmanship defect, all acquisitions are considered Final Sale once the outer shipping vessel has been opened.
• Technical Excellence: If you encounter an irregularity in the ElectraGlow technology, please contact our specialists for a formal technical review.

The Return Journey

• Consultation: Begin by contacting the Client Concierge with your acquisition details and region of residence.
• Authorisation: Upon review, we will issue a formal Return Authorisation and a complimentary, secure shipping label.
• The Examination: Once received at our Maison , each creation undergoes a rigorous quality inspection by our specialists.
• Restoration of Funds: Approved returns will result in a restoration of funds to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
